Reservation & Booking

You can easily check availability by entering your travel dates on the villa page. If the villa is free, you can complete your online booking quickly and securely.

Most villa bookings are confirmed immediately. If approval from the property owner is required, you’ll receive an email as soon as the reservation is accepted.

A booking request allows you to reserve dates while the owner reviews availability. Once approved, your villa stay will be confirmed via email.

Usually 30% of the rental amount is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is typically due 60 days before your arrival.

We accept major credit/ debit cards and bank transfers. Additional digital payment options may be available depending on your location.

  • For last-minute bookings, only card payments are accepted

Please check your spam folder. If nothing appears, contact us so we can resend your booking confirmation or status update.

Yes — cancellations or modifications depend on the villa’s individual policy. You can manage your reservation through your account or by contacting our support team.

You can modify or cancel your villa reservation at any time by contacting us via email. Our team will assist you promptly and confirm the changes to your booking.
Please be aware that each villa has its own cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed during the booking process and on the individual property page.
For all bookings, transaction fees are non-refundable and will be applied to every payment.

Many villas request a refundable security deposit to cover potential damage. It will be returned after check-out if the property is left in good condition.

Flight details help us coordinate your check-in time, prepare the villa, and arrange transfers if you’ve booked transportation services.

You will receive detailed check-in information—including directions, key access, and contact details—1 week before your arrival.

Many destinations require vacation rentals to register guests by law. Your ID details are used only for legal guest registration and are stored securely.

Yes. Children of all ages count toward the maximum occupancy for safety and regulatory reasons.

Optional services, local taxes, or extra amenities—such as pool heating or additional cleaning—may involve extra fees. All costs are shown before booking.

Yes. Many villas offer add-on services such as airport transfers, excursions, private chefs, childcare, or wellness treatments. Availability depends on the location.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It can protect you in case of trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected disruptions during your stay.

During your stay

Please report any damage as soon as possible. Significant repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit, but only after discussing the issue with you.

If you notice a problem, contact us or the local property manager immediately. Fast reporting helps us resolve issues quickly.

After your stay

If you realize that you left something behind at the villa, please contact us or the local property manager as soon as possible. We will check the accommodation for your lost item and assist with returning it to you.
